Most orders with in stock items ship same day if placed before 2pm PST but this is not guaranteed. Shipment depends on item availability. Larger bulk orders may be placed in a fulfillment queue. Selecting expedited shipping or overnight shipping does not ensure your order will ship that same day. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
You may exchange new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or like product plus a 10% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your exchange within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your exchange more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.
